Job Description

You will work closely with customers to understand their service-related needs and suggest suitable solutions with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving basic network and modem issues, including troubleshooting landline connections. Guiding customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to enhance service performance will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will offer solutions and resources to address customer repair issues and communicate with customers over the phone to provide updates on service restoration. When necessary, you will escalate technical issues to higher-level support. As an ideal candidate, you should have 1-5 years of experience in International Technical Support (Voice) and possess excellent communication skills. Prior experience in handling ISP, Internet & WiFi-related, Router & Modem Connectivity issues is preferred. You should be comfortable working in a 24*7 environment with rotational shifts and week offs. Graduation is not mandatory for this position. The role offers Medicare facilities, a salary of up to 5 LPA, and both side cab facilities as perks and benefits.,
