As a Technical Support for International Process, your role will involve handling calls from International customers in various countries and resolving their issues related to Troubleshooting, Switches, and Routers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle calls from International customers in different countries - Solve customer issues and queries related to Troubleshooting, Switches, and Routers Qualifications Required: - Excellent English communication skills - Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass/Diploma/Any graduate - 0-1 year of experience in Networking - Flexibility to work night shifts and rotational shifts - Mandatory CCNA certification - Hands-on experience is an added advantage for Freshers - Strong knowledge or experience in Troubleshooting, DHCP Protocol, VLAN, IP, Switch, Firewall, Routers, and OSI Models If you are interested and meet the qualifications mentioned above, you can apply for this position.
