We are looking for a Customer Support Field Engineer to provide on-site technical support and assistance to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support for software and system-related issues
Install, configure, and support billing software and Tally integration
Diagnose customer issues and provide timely solutions
Train customers on basic software usage
Maintain field visit and service reports
Coordinate with the office team to complete assigned tasks
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of billing software or Tally (preferred)
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is an advantage
Good communication skills
Willingness to do field work
Job Type: Full-time (In person)
Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Location: Office & Customer Sites.
