Role Overview : The company is looking for a Technical Support Executive who can assist clients and internal teams with travel technology products, APIs, booking systems, websites, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle technical queries from clients and internal teams.

Troubleshoot Flights, Hotels, Transfers, Tours, and travel modules.

Understand booking flows and identify issue sources.

Review API requests/responses, logs, booking details, and errors.

Coordinate with developers and API/supplier teams.

Track support tickets until resolution.

Communicate issue updates clearly to clients.

Test fixes before closure.

Maintain issue records and documentation.

Escalate critical booking, payment, API, or production issues.

Assist with product configuration and integration queries.

Prepare recurring issue reports.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of APIs, JSON/XML, HTTP requests/responses.

Basic knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, SQL/MySQL is preferred.

Ability to read logs and troubleshoot issues.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication.

Ability to explain technical issues simply.

Preferred

Experience with Travel APIs, GDS, NDC, OTA platforms, WordPress travel solutions, or

B2B/B2C travel portals is a strong advantage.
