• Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 months International BPO experience (voice)
• Skills:
• Excellent English communication skills
• C1 score in Versant Voice Assessment (mandatory)
• Customer handling & problem-solving skills

Job Details:

• Work Type: Technical Support (Voice Process)
• Shifts: Rotational shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
• Salary: Up to ₹31K CTC + Up to ₹8K incentives
• Transport: Both side cabs (within hiring zone)
