Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical Support Via Phone or Remote access tools.
Install,Configure and maintain oftware systems(e.g., MargErp,Billing softwares etc.)
Guide users through step-by-step solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for complex issue resolution.
Maintain customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.
