**Hands on Knowledge in chandelling MAC Devices**

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and operating system-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows OS and macOS devices.
• Provide technical support for Apple devices, including MacBook, iMac, and other macOS-based systems.
• Perform Mac OS installation, upgrades, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, keyboards, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, MS Teams, VPN, and email connectivity issues.
• Handle user account management, password resets, and access-related issues through Active Directory.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Perform software installation, patch updates, antivirus configuration, and system maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, device allocation, and tracking of hardware and software.
• Log, monitor, and resolve incidents and service requests through the ITSM/ticketing tool within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and vendors for escalated hardware and software issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
