As a Technical Support Engineer (Senior Resource for Procurement) with 34 years of experience, you will be based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process and team under the supervision of the Procurement Manager. Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end tendering on GeM and N-procure platforms, preparing and processing RFPs (Request for Proposals), evaluating tenders and preparing evaluation reports, handling pre-bid queries and finalizing responses, conducting and documenting pre-bid meetings, preparing Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), and managing all communication and meetings related to RFPs. To excel in this position, you must possess a strong understanding of GeM and N-procure platforms, expertise in RFP preparation and evaluation, as well as excellent communication and team coordination skills. The ideal candidate will hold a qualification of MCA / BE / B.Tech (Computer Science or Electronics & Communication) or equivalent OR M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Gandhinagar, Gujarat, is preferred.
