Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 1 year of global tech support experience. You will be required to work 5 days a week, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The salary for this role is 5.2 LPA along with additional allowances, 2-way cab facility, and incentives. It is essential to have excellent communication skills in English for rotational shifts. For day shifts, proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The working days for this role are Monday to Friday.
