We are looking for engineers with strong problem-solving skills and a grounding in engineering principles and prior Aras PLM or other PLM (product lifecycle management) domain experience. The ideal candidate should have experience with C# and JavaScript, OOP concepts, Web Application development, and SQL database. Additionally, experience in a customer-facing or consulting role is preferred. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential as the candidate will be expected to communicate work status clearly to customers. Working knowledge of MS Windows and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering are required. The candidate should have 4 to 6 years of overall experience, including 3 to 5 years in software development, technical support, or a related field. Strong time-management skills are crucial for success in this role. As a Software Solutions Engineer, you will work independently and collaboratively to solve technical issues and advise customers on the platform. You will be the first point of contact for all customers, troubleshooting complex environments, identifying and resolving bugs, providing feedback for product improvement, and creating knowledge base articles. The responsibilities include providing exceptional support via email, web, and phone, participating in debugging and testing the product, developing sample customizations, maintaining customer satisfaction by providing technical resolutions, documenting interactions, and becoming an expert in the Aras Innovator product.
