The primary responsibility of an Infoscion at Infosys consulting team is to actively assist the consulting team in various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be required to explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research including literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation, etc., and build POCs. Additionally, you will create requirement specifications from business needs, define the "to be" processes, and detailed functional designs based on requirements. You will support in configuring solution requirements on the products, understand any issues, diagnose root causes, seek clarifications, and identify and shortlist solution alternatives. Contribution to unit level and organizational initiatives will also be expected to provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers. Furthermore, the position requires proficiency in Microsoft Technologies, Dynamics CRM Technology, Package Testing, and MS Dynamics Testing.
