Technical Support Engineer- Hindi

The job involves working in the Technical Department at the office located in Bangalore. We are looking to fill 4 positions, and we welcome applications from Freshers who are Graduates, preferably BCA / BSc, Diploma, or BE/Btech candidates. Candidates with Electronics/Networking Knowledge are encouraged to apply. Fluency in Hindi Language is a must, and the current location should be Bangalore. As a part of the team, your responsibilities will include taking ownership of customer issues, resolving problems reported, researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting system issues. You will be expected to follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team, identifying solutions for software and hardware issues, diagnosing technical issues, and troubleshooting network configurations. Additionally, you will interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, asking targeted questions to understand and solve problems efficiently. It will be your responsibility to track computer system issues until resolution within agreed time limits.
