Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end Supply planning , focusing on Production Planning & Coordination, inventory control and order prioritization based on customer requirements and sales forecasts. Monitoring WIP (Work-in-Progress) and ensure FG readiness as per defined TAT. Drive system driven solutions for Order tracking automation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including PPC/QC/LOGISTICS/CREDIT/BIZOPS to ensure seamless execution of supply plans. Prepare and present production status reports for senior management and recommend scheduling adjustments based on data analytics. Expedite internal and external supply chain operations to meet changing customer demands and production constraints. Ability to multitask & adherence to stringent timelines. Required Experience : Detailed understanding of Steel Products with exposure to Sales Order/Contract Logging process. 2 - 7 years of experience in Production Planning & Control, Supply Chain, Operations preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA . Education : B.Tech from a recognized institute.
