This role requires on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical resolution of queries. Candidates with R&D experience who are interested in a field-facing, customer-interaction role are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Field Support & Demonstration: Visit project sites, customer locations, or distributor networks for product demonstration. Train applicators and contractors on correct product usage and techniques. Ensure proper application practices and guide on surface preparation and curing methods. Query Handling & Technical Resolution: Address customer or applicator queries related to product performance, compatibility, or usage. Provide technical solutions and escalate complex issues to the R&D team when needed. Documentation & Quotations: Prepare and share cost estimations or quotations based on site requirements. Submit detailed site visit reports, application feedback, and technical insights. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, R&D, and Product Management teams to offer complete technical support. Share field-level insights for product improvement and innovation.
