Responsible for overall site management and delivery of all Statements of Work (SOWs) under the IFM contract. Manage AMC services through contracted vendors, ensuring proper maintenance and service delivery. Support facility operations by overseeing M&E (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations and civil maintenance. Prepare and manage the critical spares list, ensuring timely maintenance and availability of materials. Implement and oversee the preventive maintenance program to minimize the risk of equipment failure. Review and ensure the quality of M&E contractors work according to manufacturer recommendations. Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) schedules for all installations. Manage downtime, breakdowns, and arrange ad-hoc M&E setups per client requirements. Ensure contractors adhere to in-house rules, managing projects with minimal client disruption. Handle shifts and responsibilities independently as required. Reporting: Report daily M&E operations and maintenance activities to the Facility Manager. Generate service maintenance reports for office equipment, and create inventory and purchasing reports for spares and consumables. Provide downtime and breakdown incident reports, ensuring compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Validate electricity bills and recommend improvements for energy efficiency. Support energy conservation projects and monitor target achievement. Provide necessary data for MIS (Management Information System) and other reports as requested. Competencies: Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering Contract Administration experience (5+ years) People Management skills , ability to interact with diverse client teams and staff Knowledge of Occupational Safety standards Strong PC literacy for system management and daily activity tracking Continuous Improvement experience and demonstrated ability to meet SLAs (90% green targets) Client reporting and report preparation skills
