Hi Immediate & early joiner needed for Talent Acquisition lead - IT Recruitment Location : Ahmedabad (Onsite) Experience : 6+ years Job Description : Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters to drive our hiring strategy, enhance our employer brand, and ensure we attract and retain top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and implement innovative recruiting strategies. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Recruiting Strategy: Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates across all levels of the organization. Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and adjust strategies as needed. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans. Facilitate discussions with senior leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with overall business objectives. 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different functions. Strong understanding of recruitment marketing techniques and employer branding strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
