Job Description

Role: Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 2-5 Yrs Notice: Early Joiners will be preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for BIM (Building Information Modeling), MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), and Architectural Design roles . The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring architects, BIM specialists, MEP engineers, and design professionals while ensuring a seamless candidate experience . You will collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent and build a strong recruitment pipeline within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: • Develop and execute hiring strategies for BIM modelers, MEP engineers, architects, urban designers, and design professionals . • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and industry events . • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. 2. Candidate Experience Management: • Ensure a structured and engaging recruitment process. • Conduct structured interviews , keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout. • Gather feedback to improve recruitment strategies and enhance employer branding. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration: • Partner with hiring managers, project leads, and HR teams to define job requirements. • Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends, recruitment efficiency, and pipeline health . 4. Process Optimization & Compliance: • Maintain structured interview and assessment processes tailored to BIM, MEP, and design roles. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry hiring standards. • Utilize Excel-based tracking tools to monitor recruitment metrics and streamline hiring. 5. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement: • Develop engaging job descriptions that reflect company culture and role expectations. • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry seminars, and BIM/MEP networking events . Qualifications & Skills: • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BIM, MEP, architecture, or construction technology hiring . • Strong understanding of design and engineering software roles (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Rhino, SketchUp, etc.) . • Experience in technical hiring, headhunting, and proactive talent sourcing . • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills . • Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines and recruitment dashboards . Preferred: • Experience in hiring for BIM, MEP, and Architectural Design roles . • Familiarity with AEC industry workflows and design methodologies . • Exposure to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives .
