𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT professionals with our US-based clients. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: * Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.). * Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidates’ technical skills and communication abilities. * Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on the interview process. * Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker. * Negotiate salary and contract terms with candidates. * Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants. * Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates for open requirements. * Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand job requirements and client expectations. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. * 6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT staffing. * Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, TN, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with job boards and ATS. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Willingness to work in night shift(US time zones).
