US Staffing BDE (IT / Non-IT / Healthcare) Location: Remote (U.S. Shift) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2+ years in US Staffing Business Development Industry: Staffing & Recruitment Shift Timing: EST/PST/CST (Night Shift - India Time) About Us: We are a fast-growing US Staffing company specializing in IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains. Our mission is to bridge top talent with top opportunities by offering tailored staffing solutions to clients across the United States. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for passionate and result-driven Business Development professionals to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs and propose appropriate solutions. Develop a robust pipeline of prospects across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare verticals. Negotiate client contracts, terms, and pricing in collaboration with senior leadership. Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development. Strong understanding of IT, Non-IT, or Healthcare staffing domains. Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding revenue goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in US time zones (EST or PST). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with VMS/MSP model and Direct Client engagement. Experience using CRM tools like Bullhorn, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
