We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Java Backend, Java architect, Spring, APIs, and Java 17, along with Design and development experience, to join our team. Key Requirements: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend applications using Spring Boot. Build and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring high availability and security. Implement microservices architecture, API gateways, and event-driven systems. Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB while implementing caching strategies using Redis. Integrate asynchronous messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ. Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP, working with Docker & Kubernetes for containerization. Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. Implement logging, monitoring, and performance tuning using ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on code quality. Develop unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability. Participate in code reviews and enforce best coding practices. Lead and mentor backend engineers, ensuring technical excellence across the team. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize solutions. Conduct technical R&D and proof-of-concepts for adopting new technologies. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: Proficiency in Java (17+), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, and JPA. Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, OAuth2, JWT, and OpenAPI. Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. Familiarity with messaging and event streaming platforms like Kafka and RabbitMQ. Basic cloud and DevOps knowledge, including Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, AWS Lambda, and Azure Functions.
