To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of QA experience and expertise in various testing techniques, automation tools, and programming languages. You should be familiar with Agile methodologies and have a deep technical understanding of industry-standard testing practices. Experience in test planning, tracking, and sprint deliveries is essential for success in this position.
