Your role involves overseeing and delivering WordPress development projects, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high standards, and fostering collaboration between technical teams and clients. You are encouraged to explore and integrate AI tools to enhance project management and development efficiency. - Plan and manage WordPress development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting quality standards. - Coordinate effectively between clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to align project goals. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring progress is tracked and goals are met. - Lead technical discussions, translating client requirements into actionable tasks and setting priorities for the team. - Leverage AI tools to streamline project planning, task allocation, and performance tracking. - Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure projects meet technical standards and client expectations. - Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies. - Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal leadership on project progress. - Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies to guide the team effectively. To excel in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience managing WordPress projects with a proven track record of successful delivery. - Strong technical background in WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and customizations. - Familiarity with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. - Expertise in WooCommerce and WordPress Multisite. - Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira). - Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. - Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance project management processes. Preferred skills include experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, knowledge of performance optimization and website security best practices, understanding of SEO principles and their application in WordPress projects, and experience in implementing AI-driven project management solutions or automation.
