Technical Project Manager (TPM)

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) at our company, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams comprising Engineering, Testing, DevOps, and Migration. Your primary focus will be to manage timelines and deliverables for migrating thousands of applications. You will need to interface with Blackrock stakeholders to ensure progress and effectively manage risks. Collaboration on capacity ramp-up plans and resource deployment will also be a key part of your role, along with driving coordination across teams in different geographies. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 8 years of technical project/program management experience and a background in database migration projects. Proficiency in ANSI SQL, Java, Python, Perl, C++, and Golang environments is essential. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities are crucial for this position. Additionally, familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies will be beneficial. This is a full-time position located in Noida/Gurgaon/Mumbai.
