Technical Project Manager (Java)

What is the work?

• Lead, mentor, and manage a development team of 810 Java professionals.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from requirement gathering and planning to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with technical and business objectives.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Maintain accountability for project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for project updates, risk management, and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics.
• Certifications preferred: PMP, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications.
• Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience managing enterprise or eCommerce applications.
• Exposure to AI-driven or cloud-based development projects.
• Hands-on Java development background with recent managerial responsibilities.
