Technical Project Manager Java Development

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our engineering teams in building scalable, consumer-facing software applications.

In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, define project goals and roadmaps, and oversee the software development lifecycle end-to-end. Youll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, high performance, and alignment with user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the tasks and deliverables of full-stack engineering teams.

Supervise the progress of multiple projects and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project requirements, vision, scope, and roadmaps.

Coordinate project activities, track milestones, and resolve roadblocks.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Report project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure code is well-tested, documented, and meets compliance and security standards.

Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.

Champion a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Primary Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ engineers in full-stack/cloud-based application development.

Proven ability to manage the triple constraints of time, scope, and resources.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; CSM/CSPO certification preferred.

Experience leading infrastructure, platform, or enablement initiatives.

Hands-on expertise in backend technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Serverless architecture.

Familiarity with frontend technologies and tools like React.js, Babel, Webpack, NPM.

Experience with RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and distributed systems.

Proficiency in Git and modern version control workflows.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to gaming or startup environments is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
