Description
As a Technical Project Manager at GenicMinds based in Noida, you will be responsible for program management support and leadership in the development of IT Solutions and IOT Devices. Your role will involve: - Supporting both pre and post sales phases, from understanding customer requirements to project planning, scheduling, monitoring, control, execution, and closure. - Working hands-on with technologies such as Java, Node JS, Flutter, React Native, Swift, Python, etc. - Planning interdependencies, staffing, constraints, and schedule optimization across multiple tech teams. - Establishing commitment, prioritization, and being a customer champion for project delivery. - Implementing rigorous planning, execution discipline, risk management, issue tracking, schedule trends analysis, recovery actions, and stakeholder communications. - Developing project/program indicators for managing project health throughout planning, execution, and closure stages. - Conducting periodic project status reviews with internal and external stakeholders. - Partnering with other functional areas to establish critical processes and streamline development cycles effectively. - Bringing in 10+ years of project delivery experience in a software development lifecycle, with exposure to other technology areas like IOT, Cloud, AI/ML, and WAN being advantageous. - Coordinating release and sprint planning, conducting daily scrum meetings, and resolving technical and human resources issues in the project lifecycle. - Providing leadership, coaching, motivation, and leading team members towards optimum performance levels and career development. - Being prepared to work in a startup mode as a self-initiator. - Holding a certification in PMP or Prince 2 would be a distinct advantage. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will work full-time in a permanent role with a fixed day shift from Monday to Friday at our office location in Noida.
