Technical Project Manager (IOT & IT Solutions)

As a Technical Project Manager at GenicMinds located in Noida, you will be responsible for managing the planning, development, and delivery of IT Solutions & IOT Devices. With over 10 years of experience in project delivery, you will be leading program management support across multiple technology areas and product segments. Your role will involve supporting both pre and post-sales phases, starting from understanding customer requirements to project planning, scheduling, monitoring, execution, and closure. You should have hands-on experience with technologies such as Java, Node JS, Flutter, React Native, Swift, Python, etc. In addition to technical skills, you will be required to plan interdependencies, staffing, schedule optimization, and establish clear communication channels. Your focus will be on prioritization, risk management, issue tracking, schedule trends, and stakeholder communications. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key, as you will conduct regular project status reviews and coordinate release and sprint planning. Furthermore, you will provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to team members for their career development. A self-initiator with a certification in PMP or Prince 2 would be advantageous for this role. Experience in end-to-end product delivery and exposure to other technology areas like Cloud, AI/ML, and WAN will be beneficial. Your ability to work in a startup mode with a proactive approach will be crucial for success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed shift schedule from Monday to Friday in the morning.
