Technical Project Manager - AWS

Role Overview: You are being sought after to join as a Technical Project Manager (AWS) at a fast-growing data & analytics company. Your role will involve leading and delivering cloud-based projects on AWS, ensuring successful implementation and timely delivery. Your technical expertise and project management skills will play a crucial role in coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with development teams, AWS architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery of solutions. - Help define and execute cloud strategies in AWS, including migration, deployment, security, scalability, and cost management. - Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and AWS experts to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives and deliverables. - Identify potential risks and proactively resolve project issues to avoid delays and ensure successful project outcomes. - Employ Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements effectively. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specs, project status reports, risk logs, and meeting notes. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress. - Ensure the AWS-based solutions meet the organization's standards for quality, performance, and security. - Evaluate and propose process improvements to optimize future AWS projects and improve delivery outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Assist app teams and business to quickly adopt to AWS federated platform and assist with migration of applications to AWS. - Good understanding experience of AWS landing zone, services, and platform. - Good understanding of Terraform enterprise to assist app teams to adapt quickly. - CI/CD troubleshooting and assistance. - Strong interpersonal skills to drive adoption. - Written and verbal communication skills. - DevOps and agile processes.
