Java Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Java-based software projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
Act as the
bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
, translating requirements into technical deliverables.
Provide
technical guidance
on Java architecture, frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Microservices), and best practices.
Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

8+ years of IT experience
, with strong expertise in
Java/J2EE development
.
3-5 years of experience in project management or technical leadership
.
Strong knowledge of
Java frameworks
(Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices).
Hands-on experience with
REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
.
Solid understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
, sprint planning, and backlog management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
