As an experienced Technical Project Manager AI at Azilen Technologies, your role will involve leading and delivering complex AI-driven projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, ensuring adherence to scope, time, quality, and budget. - Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to define project requirements and roadmaps. - Translating business requirements into technical deliverables and execution plans. - Managing risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitoring project progress using Agile/Scrum or other project management frameworks. - Driving client communication, project reporting, and stakeholder management. - Ensuring best practices in AI model lifecycle management, deployment, and monitoring. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in project management within IT services / product engineering companies. - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model deployment frameworks. - Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies. - Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills. - Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for AI projects. - PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Preferred Experience: - Prior experience managing GenAI, NLP, Computer Vision, or predictive analytics projects. - Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices. - Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
