Technical Program & Project Management Senior Specialist

As a Technical Program & Project Management Senior Specialist at TekWissen in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in planning and overseeing the execution of projects and programs focused on technology implementation and upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions. You may also act as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach to ensure the team adheres to the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles. Key Responsibilities: - Develop project plans and define the project/program scope, goals, and deliverables for technology application development and implementation within the enterprise. - Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc. - Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between internal teams and external technology providers. - Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements. - Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources. - Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews. - Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of projects/programs. - Manage technology product goals and forecasts, collaborating with technical development teams to translate long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap. - Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile, waterfall, etc. Skills Required: - Infrastructure Architectures - ITIL (Infrastructure Library) Service Manager Skills Preferred: - LAN/WAN - Network - Convergence Technology (Video/Voice) - Windows Servers - Cyber Security Experience Required: - Senior Specialist Exp: 10+ years in IT; Complex Global Programs Education Required: - Bachelor's Degree TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.,
