Job Description

This is a high impact role that will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across Engineering, Operations, and Product Management. As an ideal candidate you are skilled Program Manager and possess sufficient technical expertise to collaborate in technical vernacular to engineers and help resolve business blockers.

Responsibilities

  • Take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable milestones and deliver against tight deadlines
  • Leading and facilitating project meetings, fostering collaboration among diverse teams, and providing clear direction to keep everyone aligned.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Ensure that stated and unstated goals, business issues, concerns and priorities are surfaced and understood
  • Work with engineers to determine feasibility, timelines and design to ensure projects are completed within planned deadlines
  • Generating comprehensive progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities within processes and implement strategies to drive them

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, or any relevant technical field
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or software engineering with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, system architecture, or SaaS. Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineers.
  • Expertise in project/program management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, MS Project).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks
