Technical Program Director

Role Overview: As a VP in the Banking domain, your primary responsibility will involve leading and managing large-scale Banking transformation programs. Your hands-on experience in modern Banking platforms and technologies such as Java, Spring, Microservices, cloud-based systems, APIs, and AI-driven solutions will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of these programs. Your deep domain expertise in Banking and exceptional leadership skills will be essential for driving end-to-end program delivery and managing complex transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage large-scale Banking transformation programs, including modernization, process reengineering, and digital initiatives. - Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals. - Develop and execute comprehensive program roadmaps and strategies. - Ensure alignment with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. - Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. - Collaborate with executive leadership, product teams, technology partners, and external vendors. - Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and other key stakeholders. - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards during transformation initiatives. - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program goals. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Mentor junior program managers and other team members. Qualifications: - BE/MBA - Certifications such as PMP or equivalent will be an advantage - Experience in technology or consulting firms specializing in financial services transformation.
