Role Overview: As the Tech Lead Analytics, you will be the technical owner of analytics solutions delivered by the Analytics CoE. Your responsibilities will include endtoend technical design, delivery quality, scalability, and governance of analytics products. You will work closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure that analytics solutions are aligned to business intent and compliant with Analytics CoE standards. Your role will involve building high-performing, continuously improving teams to enable predictable and highquality delivery across pods. Key Responsibilities: - Own the endtoend technical design of analytics solutions within assigned pods or products - Define futurestate analytics architecture, including data flows, integration patterns, and semantic layers - Review and approve data models, pipelines, and reporting architectures - Partner with Product Managers to align technical execution with product vision and roadmap - Translate business and analytics requirements into technical designs, sprintready user stories, and clear acceptance criteria - Enforce Analytics CoE technical standards, design principles, and best practices - Review code, data pipelines, and models to ensure quality, consistency, and correctness - Lead sprint planning, estimation, sequencing, and dependency management from a technical standpoint - Provide deep handson guidance across SAP BW / HANA / S/4 data models, ETL / ELT pipelines, and Cloud platforms - Act as the technical interface to business stakeholders, IT, and platform teams - Lead, mentor, and develop analytics engineers, BI developers, and data engineers - Conduct performance reviews, provide structured development feedback, and identify skill gaps for training or hiring needs - Plan and manage team capacity across sprints and releases - Onboard new team members and ensure smooth integration into pods - Promote collaborative, productoriented ways of working and encourage adherence to Agile and DevOps practices Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or BI solutions - Strong domain exposure in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, Sales, Finance, or Operations - Experience delivering enterprisescale analytics solutions - Strong handson experience with SAP Analytics, Data Warehousing, ETL / ELT, and Cloud platforms - Strong understanding of data modeling, semantic layers, analytics architecture, and integration patterns - Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Qlik - Strong technical leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills - Ability to influence and motivate teams without micromanagement - Comfortable managing teams in a fastpaced, productbased delivery environment Additional Company Details: The company is committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all employees, with a focus on retirement savings, health insurance, flexible schedules, parental leave, holiday purchase scheme, and professional development opportunities.
