Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the AEM Customer Care team at Adobe, providing round-the-clock technical assistance for Adobe CQ, Scene7, and DAM solutions. As a Technical Support Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely technical support to Adobe customers via telephone and portal. You will troubleshoot customer-reported complex issues, validate bug reports, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer support and troubleshoot complex issues such as JVM Heap Dump Analysis, Thread Dump Analysis, and Performance issues for AEM - Troubleshoot, validate, and report customer-submitted bug reports - Provide Support Fix to customers for AEM, if changes are trivial - Drive high levels of customer satisfaction leading to loyalty and retention - Act as a customer advocate ensuring all customers" voices are heard - Collaborate with engineering/product management to address customers" desires for future product development - Address customer concerns and questions in an effective and timely manner - Work closely with customers to understand their business and assist them in using Adobe Experience Manager - Assist in testing new and enhanced product features - Manage incidents professionally and within stated timelines - Accurately record and maintain incidents in accordance with department standards - Participate in department team meetings - Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with 2-4 years of experience in Web and/or ECMS technologies - Strong knowledge of Web technologies, especially JAVA/J2EE, JavaScript, Content Management Systems, and website architecture - Proficiency in REST API, HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, jQuery, Apache, and IIS - Working knowledge of different OS including WIN, UNIX, LINUX, and Solaris - Experience in proposing architectures for large Web-based solutions and understanding performance-related measures - Ability to support various product-related issues and provide RCA for critical issues - Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions effectively - Effective dialogue building skills with good listening and Q&A skills Please note that Adobe aims to make Adobe.com accessible to all users.
