Technical Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Develop product expertise and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams. - Lead the creation of user stories and tasks in collaboration with engineering teams. - Design, build, and implement repeatable processes for projects. - Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and other product teams to enhance product features and data capabilities. - Align product area with company roadmap and educate internal teams on the organizational vision. - Ensure consistent updates of tickets and timelines, communicate requirements effectively, and track key performance indicators. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 4+ years of technical experience in business analysis, data analysis, technical product, engineering, etc. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies, frameworks, and product tools such as Jira and Confluence. - Strong technical depth to collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and data scientists. - Understanding of Data Management, Data Engineering, API development, Cloud Engineering, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, and related tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills for working with technical teams. - B2B or B2C experience is beneficial. - Familiarity with the US healthcare system. - Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other cloud platforms.
