Test and commission HVAC equipment and ensure validated cleanroom supplies. Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with industry standards. Follow strict site safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Work flexible shifts, rotating between days and nights. Survey and ready locations for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system setups. Perform quality checks to ensure systems are efficient and safe. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems (PM, BM, PPM). Prepare deliverable lists, schedules, labor hour estimates, resource requirements, and progress reports. Apply knowledge of industry codes and standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO, NFPA, DNV, and AMCA.
