As the Head of Central Refractory at Jindal Steel, your role involves leading and managing the refractory function within the steel plant. Your primary objectives will be to ensure reliable refractory performance, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement to support uninterrupted operations. In this position, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing refractory strategies across various plant units such as SMS, LF, BOF/EAF, CCM, BF, LDP, Mills, and the Power plant.
