What You’ll Be Doing

As a Technical Manager at Whizlabs, you will:

• Lead Cross-Functional Teams

  : Oversee engineering teams working on diverse products and features, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.

• Drive Project Delivery

  : Manage the full software development lifecycle – planning, execution, code reviews, testing, and deployment.

• Architect Scalable Solutions

  : Guide design decisions and technical architecture across the stack (MERN), cloud platforms, and AI integrations.

• Mentor and Develop Talent

  : Nurture the growth of developers and engineers through coaching, feedback, and career guidance.

• Ensure Code Quality and Efficiency

  : Promote engineering best practices and introduce processes that improve code quality, deployment speed, and team productivity.

• Collaborate with Leadership

  : Work closely with product, design, and executive teams to define product roadmaps and align engineering efforts with strategic priorities.
