Technical Manager

**Job Description:** As a candidate for this position, you will be required to have a solid understanding of vehicle technology and possess technical report writing skills. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with the Mahindra team on product issues, conducting internal training and skill mapping, showcasing good problem-solving abilities, being system-friendly, and guiding your team on technical issues related to vehicles. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand vehicle technology and apply it effectively - Write technical reports with precision and clarity - Coordinate with the Mahindra team regarding product issues - Conduct internal training sessions and skill mapping exercises - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills - Provide guidance to the team on technical issues related to vehicles **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum 5 years of technical experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service In addition to the job requirements, the company offers Provident Fund as a benefit.
