Technical Manager - Java/Spring Boot

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Java or Flutter-based applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle planning, development, testing, UAT, and production support.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, Product Management, or QA to deliver robust solutions.
• Own and manage client interactions, including requirement analysis, demos, and technical reviews.
• Drive agile delivery, mentor team members, and ensure delivery milestones are met.
• Provide hands-on support during critical technical challenges and act as a technical escalation point.
• Coordinate integrations with APIs, third-party tools, or enterprise systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web or mobile development Skills :
• Strong development background in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) or Flutter (Dart).
• Experience building cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter or developing backend services in Java.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party service Skills :
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, .NET).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of data architecture and security to Have :
• Microsoft Azure Certifications
