Job Description: Aeroderivative packed Electrical engineering : Aviation gas turbine used for power generation. We are looking for 15+ years of experience who has plant experience handled skid packages. Must have history of working with global team and managed global projects, Handled/assisted technically a team of minimum 20+ engineers. The power output of different packages ranges from 20MW to 100MW power output. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Develop healthy relationships with customers. 2. Drive the weekly, monthly & Quarterly meetings with customer. 3. Responsible for the team deliverables (OTD & Quality (FPY)) 4. Critical & Crucial projects be in ground and perform the reviews of the deliverables. 5. Identify the team capability gaps and work on the improvement actions. 6. Make sure all the deliverables are reviewed, and the errors are captured appropriately. 7. Perform RCA on the Errors identified during the technical review, work to close those gaps. 8. Understand the customer requirements and onboard the right talents to deliver the project whenever required. 9. Weekly connect with the SAG leader to review the team Productivity and the delivery milestones. 10. Drive continual improvement initiatives. 11. Develop standards and procedures enhance the checklist based on the need. 12. Drive standup meeting to monitor the efficiency of the team. Required Skills and Experience 1. Selection and Sizing of Power and Control Cables, Conduit & Cable trays 2. Cable Schedule & Interconnection Schedule & Layout engineering 3. Ability to drive design reviews with customer technical team and experts 4. Knowledge on MV & LV Systems, Transformers, Packaged Electrical Compartments, Control Schemes, SCADA & SAS 5. Knowledge on Plant engineering: Generation, Transmission & Distribution 6. Knowledge about Standards, Compliance & Safety. 7. Vendor management 8. General arrangement, schematic diagram & wiring diagram for cubicles 9. Ability to analyze technical specifications and proposals. 10. He/She Should know AutoCAD & basics of Eplan. 11. Good to have knowledge on NX & PLM 12. Ability to develop detailed engineering design. 13. Customer service oriented. 14. Strong verbal and written communication skills
