Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying software applications using Core Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards and best practices.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding guidelines.
