Technical lead, Virtual Prototyping - System-C Modeling

As a Technical Lead for Virtual Prototyping - System-C Modeling, you will be responsible for leading the development and validation of system-C models. Your role will be crucial in executing the technology strategy, overseeing methodology development, and ensuring the development and verification of System-C/virtual prototyping platform models for Automotive SoC's. - Supervise and manage Modeling, Integration, and Testing within a SystemC, Virtual Platform based modeling framework for automotive application domains. - Manage communication with Multi-site, taking care of trainings and hirings. - Develop virtual models in C/C++/System-C with strong hands-on expertise. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. - Understand SoC architectures and have expertise in virtual prototyping tools like synopsys virtualizer or similar tools. - Exhibit leadership qualities to inspire and align team members with business goals and priorities. - Education: BE / B. Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science with 10+ years of relevant experience. - Previous management experience with skills in managing crucial conversations and negotiation is preferred. - Experience in the automotive domain, including hands-on experience with tools commonly used in automotive applications, is advantageous. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira is a plus.,
