Technical Lead UI with React

As a Front End Lead specializing in ReactJS, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of modern, responsive web applications. With over 8 years of professional experience in Javascript development, you will be an expert in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Your strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and Redux will be crucial in translating business requirements into technical specifications and architectures. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, backend, and QA will be a key aspect of your role. You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, and Redux. Ensuring code quality and consistency through code reviews and unit testing will be essential to maintain high standards of accessibility and responsiveness in the applications you develop. Your expertise will also be utilized in writing test automation scripts using Playwright or similar tools, along with mentoring junior developers and driving best practices in frontend development.
