Technical Lead

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead specializing in Fusion Analytics Warehouse/Fusion Data Intelligence (FAW/FDI), ODI, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) with over 8 years of experience, your role will involve driving the development and implementation of analytics solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy robust analytics solutions leveraging FAW and OBIEE. - Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support business objectives. - Troubleshoot and optimize existing analytics systems to ensure performance and scalability. - Implement FAW/FDI solutions tailored to meet organizational needs. - Develop custom dashboards and reports using FAW/FDI's capabilities. - Integrate Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM data into FAW/FDI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Create and optimize data models to support advanced reporting and analytics. - Design schemas (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) for efficient querying. - Design and maintain OBIEE RPD, reports, and dashboards. - Ensure seamless integration between OBIEE and other Oracle or third-party tools. - Lead technical initiatives and provide guidance to junior team members. - Work with business analysts to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in analytics, reporting, and data solutions.
