Technical Lead-Salesforce

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for creating custom solutions by designing and developing Salesforce applications. You will participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Supporting, maintaining, and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality will also be a key part of your role. You will create and maintain integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs, collaborating with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement improvements for the system. Ensuring compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce will be essential for successful execution of your responsibilities. Your tasks will involve developing and maintaining custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies. Creating technical documentation for the company, such as user guides, release notes, and design documents, will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will work collaboratively with technical teams to collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions, identifying and troubleshooting issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications. Furthermore, participating in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented will be crucial. Staying updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommending best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations will also be expected from you. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of demonstrable experience in software development. Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration, including Salesforce lightning framework, Salesforce service cloud, and Salesforce marketing cloud is required. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies, as well as an understanding of the Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields, are essential. Your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will play a significant role in your success. Preferred qualifications for this role include Salesforce certifications, like Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, or Administrator. Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, along with the ability to work with Salesforce Community Cloud or other collaboration tools, will be advantageous. Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes will also be beneficial for this position.,
