Job Description: Technical Lead Proven success as a senior engineering leader, with 10+ years of progressive experience, including 8 years or more leading engineering teams at startups Deep expertise in modern engineering practices, including cloud infrastructure, microservices, and scalable system design Strong technical foundation, with deep knowledge of modern full-stack development practices, architectures, and tools, including JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Node.js, React.js), webhooks and APIs Hands-on experience with Golang, Scala, Python, and Kafka. Experience in front-end web development helping to create customer facing user interfaces; experience with ReactJS a plus. Over 5+ years of experience with databases, data warehousing and BI tools such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, Mode, Omni. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives with a focus on speed and agility without compromising quality A track record of building and scaling SaaS and data driven products that deliver exceptional self serve BI analytics, workflow automation and reporting capabilities Familiarity with Amazon Web Services cloud platform Passion for building large-scale systems and writing high-performance code. You have a strong knowledge of system design, application design, and architecture. You love mentoring junior engineers and implementing best practices. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical fields. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to lead through periods of change and a track record of building and nurturing high-performing, inclusive teams Data Engineering experience preferred B2B experience preferred Preferably from Premier colleges like IIT, NIT etc will be preferred.
