Technical Lead- Oracle HCM OTL Absence

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud and Absence Management modules based on the organization's requirements. Your tasks will include utilizing HDL for data migration and integration, offering support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud and Absence Management modules, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and operation. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, possessing a comprehensive understanding and practical experience with its functionalities, capabilities, and integration with other systems. Moreover, you should have a solid grasp of HDL for efficient data migration and integration tasks, as well as a deep understanding of Absence Management and its utilization within the Oracle HCM Cloud system. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is a prerequisite for this position. While not mandatory, knowledge of Core HR processes and systems, familiarity with AI applications for HR, expertise in Oracle's Fast Formula language, experience with BI Publisher for creating custom reports, understanding of Fusion Security concepts, and proficiency in workflow and approval management within Oracle HCM Cloud would be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with Talent Management processes and systems, comprehension of Performance Management processes and systems, and experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring, are desirable skills. The ideal candidate for this role should have 10-15 years of relevant experience, showcasing a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud and Absence Management modules.,
