Work Location: Chennai/Remote Experience : 8+years Notice period : Immediate - 30days Period: Long-term Budget : Can be discussed for right candidate Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AI/ML and security engineers. Drive the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML-powered security solutions. Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, Gen AI, and security technologies. Lead the development of AI/ML models for threat detection, anomaly detection, vulnerability analysis, and security automation. Design and implement secure AI/ML pipelines, ensuring data integrity and model security. Develop and deploy Gen AI-based solutions for security tasks such as code analysis, threat intelligence, and security awareness training. Integrate AI/ML models with existing security infrastructure and tools. Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and development. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. [5+] years of experience in software development, with a focus on Micro Service Design Patterns, Python , Fast API Frameworks and AI/ML Technology . [3+] years of experience in security engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of security principles, threat modeling, and vulnerability analysis. Preferred Skills: Experience with security information and event management (SIEM/Splunk) and SOAR systems. Experience with Deep Learning Models and Transformers, GEN AI LLM. Experience in Devops activity.
